Tom Morley was actually the one who came to us with the article idea, and he wanted to focus on how customer service might change if the shop’s staff reflected its customer base. However, I love the idea of talking with women who are rocking it during service. So, we’re going to have a “Feminine Touch, Part II,” to focus on exactly that.
