I very much appreciate your email, and I’m sorry for the slow response. 

You bring up a very good point about the feminine touch article. Tom Morley was actually the one who came to us with the article idea, and he wanted to focus on how customer service might change if the shop’s staff reflected its customer base. However, I love the idea of talking with women who are rocking it during service. So, we’re going to have a “Feminine Touch, Part II,” to focus on exactly that. One of our staff writers, Kara Bishop, will be contacting you for an interview. If you have anything specific you would like to focus on, please let us know.
